What is recorded here

Terraced three-bay double-height Classical-style screen wall, built 1939, originally forming part of larger garage showroom complex. Remainder of building demolished, post-2001. Painted rendered wall with channelled piers supporting moulded course, frieze, moulded cornice, and concrete coping to parapet having stepped parapet to centre incorporating rendered panel. Square-headed openings now boarded-up. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
The remains of a mid twentieth-century building incorporating robust Classically-derived rendered dressings serving to assimilate the site pleasantly into the streetscape of Patrick Street Lower.
