Gallán is a fallen standing stone at the base of a slope on the east bank of Fiddlers Brook in County Cork. It measures 1.36m long, 1m wide and 0.45m high. The stone no longer stands, but it still marks the edge where the brook meets the land. People may have set it there to remember a boundary, a loss or a meeting place.
