What is recorded here

Gallán is a two-meter subrectangular stone leaning north in Cork pasture, its flat edge presenting a broad surface for palms or measuring shadow. It has stood beside grass and weather since before human memory, waiting for attention rather than demanding it. The stone does not need interpretation to be strange; it only needs to be seen.

In pasture c. 250m to NE of standing stone (CO054-074---). Subrectangular stone (H 2m; 1.6m x 0.4m), long axis NE-SW, leaning heavily to N.
