Galláin

In pasture on SE slopes of Knockanare Hill. Monument destroyed c. 1965. Condon (1916, 138, no. 103) recorded two stones 2.5m apart. One was c. 2.7m L, c. 0.5m T and c. 1.3m H; other was c. 1.2m L, c. 0.17m T and 1.75m H. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
