Galláin is a standing stone in County Cork, Ireland. It stands on a level shoulder above the Durrus river valley, facing west with its long axis tilted toward the southwest. Twenty-three metres away lies a stone row, suggesting the area once marked a boundary, a path or a ceremony now forgotten. The stone still rises unbroken while human memory around it has thinned to silence.
