In marshy ground. Partially overgrown circular mound of burnt material (diam. 7.7m; H 0.1m). One of a group of four fulachta fiadh in the same field (CO072-099001-; CO072-099003-; CO072-099004-). The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 3: Mid Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997).
