In rough grazing. Partially overgrown mound of burnt material (14m N-S; 12m E-W; H 0.6m). Surface of mound uneven, possibly due to removal of some burnt material. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
