Fulacht Fiadh is a burnt stone cooking site in County Cork, Ireland, where heat and water turned raw ingredients into sustenance. It sits beside a stream and another fulacht fiadh, suggesting a busy place rather than a lonely experiment. People may have gathered there to cook, share and remember, while the land later covered part of the evidence under tillage.

In tillage; stream immediately to W; second fulacht fiadh (10286) immediately to E. Shown on 1842 and 1905 OS 6-inch maps as mound. Spread of burnt material (L c. 19m); surface recently ploughed. Possibly same site as 'fort' recorded by Bowman (1934, 374) on D. Watson's land which had a 'rampart 3ft high' and a diameter of '17 yards'; this 'fort' was four yards SW of fulacht fiadh (possibly 10286).
