Fulacht fia in Treanacally OR Hagfield

In pasture, located on a strip of level ground bordered to E by the Mullaghanoe River and to W by rising ground. Listed as fulacht fia in the SMR (1991) and RMP (1997) based on local information. No evidence of a fulacht fia was evident at ground level when the location was inspected in 1996. Land reclamation has taken place here and much spoil was spread over the ground surface.
