Discovered prior to road construction (Excavation Licence No. 98E0125 (site A)). Excavation revealed a spread of burnt stone and charcoal-rich soil (9m x 5m; D c. 0.25m) which overlaid a shallow posthole, an oval pit and a rectangular pit. (Breen 2000, 153)
