What is recorded here
Marked only on the 1914 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated in a low-lying landscape with a small stream immediately to the W and N. Grass and scrub-covered horseshoe-shaped mound (dims 19.5m NNW-SSE; 14m ENE-WSW; H 0.3m to 1m at W) of burnt stones in a black matrix which is open to the WSW (dims 9.2m ENE-WSW; 4.2m NNW-SSE).
