Situated in lowlying, poorly-drained pasture adjacent to a modern drain. Not marked on any edition of the OS 6-inch map. Low, approx. kidney-shaped, mound (dims. 12.8m NE-SW; 10m NW-SE - H 0.7m) largely composed of small sandstone fragments in a black soil matrix. The open side is at NW.
