Fulacht fia in Coonane

In rough pasture, on a terrace on a S-facing slope. A crescent-shaped mound (7m N-S; 6.3m E-W; H 0.75m) of heat-shattered stones and charcoal-enriched soil. The opening (Wth 1.5m) faces a stream to the W. The stream winds around the mound W-E and may have eroded it in parts.
