In pasture, on a level area at the foot of an SE-facing slope. Monument identified by Will Forbes (no date). The Lingaun river flows c. 28m to the SE. Two fulachta fia (TS072-016002- and TS072-016003-) are located c. 100m and 240m to the SW respectively and another lies (TS072-017----) c. 260m to the ENE. This fulacht fia is not visible at ground level.
