Half-buried south of the nave wall at Moybologue, the font waits with its chamfered sandstone edges flush to the earth. Its shallow circular basin slopes gently inward, holding rainwater or forgotten baptismal memory. The uneven eight-sided form suggests hurried carving or later damage, yet it remains steady beside the church. To kneel at it is to touch a moment when water, stone and prayer met without ceremony.

Situated just S of the N nave wall of Moybologue parish church and set into the ground so that its upper edge is just flush with the ground surface. This is a rectangular sandstone font (dims 0.56m x 0.56m) with chamfers (L 0.13m) at the angles making it an 8-sided font with uneven sides. It has a circular basin with a flat base (int. diam. 0.48m; D 0.2-0.24m) sloping down to the centre.
