Internal diam. 33m. A circular platform defined by a silted fosse now rush-filled. A number of upright stones protrude through the surface of the platform some of them in a line, perhaps indicating a structure. The land immediately around the site is boggy although in general the area consists of good land.

Finner Circular Platform Ringfort is a ringfort featuring an internal diameter of 33 meters, with a silted, rush-filled fosse and a raised circular platform containing several upright stones, possibly indicating a structure. Likely dating to the early medieval period, such sites were often associated with habitation or defensive use, and may have later become linked to local folklore surrounding fairies or other supernatural beings.
