Field system in Scart (orrery and Kilmore By., Ballyclogh Par.)

Two linear cropmarks crossing each other at right angles, possibly the intersection of four fields, visible in aerial photograph (CASAP, July 1989).Two further linear cropmarks flank main N-S feature. All within field of c. 3.6ha. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
