Field boundary in Coorleagh

In rough hill pasture, on a SW-facing slope, in the valley of the Coomeelan stream. The remains of a curvilinear stone wall (T 0.6m; H 0.5m) protrude above the surface of the bog, extend upslope to the NE for c. 30m and wind gently to the E for c. 50m. The wall runs on into bog at both ends. There is a hut site (KE103-025----) c. 100m to the SW. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry.
