Detached three-bay single storey farm house, c.1835. Smooth rendered walls. uPVC casement windows. uPVC door in simple projecting porch. Pitched pantile roof with three rendered chimney stacks. Various single-storey extensions and outbuildings to east and west, including detached corrugated iron shed.
This linear vernacular cottage has been adapted from two attached units and extended as the owners' prosperity increased. It displays classic vernacular features, and is built into the hillside for shelter, with a spectacular panoramic view of Dublin.
