Detached three-bay single-storey rubble stone farm house with dormer attic, c.1850, retaining early aspect with single-bay single-storey return to north-west. Part reroofed, c.1950. Now disused. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack, rendered coping, and remains of cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered squared rubble stone eaves. Pitched roof to return with replacement corrugated-iron, c.1950, iron ridge tiles, rendered coping, and no rainwater goods. Limewashed random rubble stone walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, timber lintels, 1/1 timber sash windows, and wrought iron bars. Square-headed door opening with timber lintel, and timber boarded door. Set back from road in own grounds with forecourt having random rubble stone boundary wall to perimeter with rubble stone vertical coping, and wrought iron double gates.(ii) Attached single-bay single-storey lean-to outbuilding, c.1850, to north-east. Reroofed, c.1950. Lean-to roof with replacement corrugated-iron, c.1950, rendered coping, and no rainwater goods. Limewashed random rubble stone walls. Square-headed door opening with timber lintel, and timber boarded door.(iii) Attached single-bay single-storey rubble stone outbuilding, c.1850, perpendicular to south-east with two-bay single-storey lower range to right (south-east). Part reroofed, c.1950. Pitched roof with replacement corrugated-iron, c.1950, iron ridge tiles, rendered coping, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Pitched slate roof to lower range with red clay ridge tiles, and rainwater goods now missing from squared rubble stone eaves. Limewashed random rubble stone walls. Square-headed door openings with timber boarded doors.

A picturesque small-scale farm holding forming an important component of the vernacular tradition of County Waterford. Although now disused, each building retains its original form with substantial quantities of the original or early fabric intact.
