Detached three-bay two-storey farm house, built c.1930, with porch (south-east) and single-storey lean-to extension to rear (north-west). Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron and uPVC rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed openings with two-over-two timber sliding sash windows and concrete sills. Square-headed door openings with replacement timber glazed doors. Enclosed by dry stone walls with stone stile.
This pleasing farmhouse is a fine addition to the surrounding landscape. Retaining much historic fabric, including timber sash and slate roof, its setting is enhance by the survival of the dry stone wall.
