Detached three-bay two-storey farm house, built c.1930, now disused. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed openings with two-over-two timber sliding sash windows and concrete sills. Square-headed door opening with timber battened door. Outbuildings to south and south-west comprising a four-bay single-storey rubble stone structure with lean-to extension and pitched roof, and double-height single-bay rubble stone structure with pitched corrugated-iron roof and flight of stone steps (east). Enclosed by dry stone walls with trackway to the south-east.
A fine farm house, set close to the sea, which is a fine addition to the surrounding landscape. Retaining much historic fabric, including timber sash and slate roof, its setting is enhance by the related outbuildings.
