Fairy fort / stone ringfort in Milltown (athlone South By.) is a fairy fort or stone ringfort in Milltown (athlone South By.), County Roscommon, Ireland. The large stone-walled enclosure measures about forty-five metres across and sits on a rise overlooking Milltown castle and low-lying basins. Aerial photographs show the structure although the north-east perimeter is incomplete and ground-level pasture hides the site today.
Visible as a large stone-walled enclosure (diam. c. 45m) on aerial photographs (CUCAP: BDO 31-2) although the perimeter is incomplete N-E. Situated on a rise overlooking Milltown castle (RO047-058001-) c. 180m to the NW and low-lying basins to the W and N. It is not visible now at ground level in reclaimed pasture.
