Fairy fort / stone ringfort in Fuerty is a fairy fort or stone ringfort in Fuerty, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies a subcircular grass-covered area at the bottom of a gentle northwest-facing slope, defined by a stone spread and a south-southwest entrance. An east-west drystone wall bisects the interior, while archaeological testing sixty metres west failed to produce related material.

At the bottom of a gentle NW-facing slope within the field system (RO039-065002-). Subcircular grass-covered area (int. dims 30m N-S; 26m) defined by a grass-covered stone spread (Wth 1.7-3.1m; int. H 0.15-0.3m; ext. H 0.25-0.35m). There is an entrance (Wth 2.2m) at SSW, and the interior is bisected by an E-W drystone wall. Archaeological testing (06E0531) c. 60m to the W failed to produce any related archaeological material (Byrne 2009). Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010
