What is recorded here

Fairy forts across Ireland mark boundaries between human law and older invisible law. They are not ordinary ruins. They are pressure points where the visible world thins. People built rings, heaps and bars around them because something inside resisted forgetting. The small size and repeated shape suggest human recognition of a deeper marker. What was placed there first is no longer certain. The boundary is still drawn.
