Fairy fort in Ballygaddy, County Offaly, is a large circular earth and stone bank thirty-three metres across, set on a west-facing slope of high ground. Its outer fosse survives only in patches from west through north to east, while the rest has vanished. The missing entrance and broken ring suggest people once moved through the site, changed it, or forgot how to see its door. What remains is a wide shallow bowl marked by a low bank, holding the shape of a place that no longer explains itself.

Situated on the W facing slope of high ground in upland area. Large circular area (diam 33m N-S) enclosed by an earth and stone bank (Wth 2-3m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 1.5m) with slight traces of an outer fosse (Wth 2.5 - 3m) best preserved from W through N to E elsewhere it has been destroyed. No apparent entrance feature visible.
