The 2nd edition of the OS 6-inch map shows a circular, single-ringed enclosure here. There is no trace of this now. It stood at the base of a steep W-facing slope in poor, wettish land suitable for rough grazing. The above description was derived from the 'Archaeological Survey of County Donegal.
