Fairy fort in Turlough, County Galway: an almost circular earthen ringfort, 35.5m by 35m, standing about 180m northeast of another ringfort. Its bank and surviving fosse still mark a small enclosed place, though quarrying has bitten into the east side. People may have lived there, fenced it, forgotten it, or fed it to story; the earth keeps its shape regardless.

Some 180m NE of a ringfort (GA007-123----). Almost circular rath (E-W 35.5m, N-S 35m), in fair condition, defined by a bank from W through N to NNE and at SE; elsewhere a degraded scarp forms the enclosing element. The fosse survives from NW to N and from E to SE. Field boundaries surround the enclosing elements at W and SE. Quarrying has encroached upon the monument at E.
