What is recorded here

Fairy forts are human birthplaces, love nests, torture cells and deliriums made flesh. They are not fairy forts at all. The distinction matters because invention requires recognition.

Shown on 1842 OS 6-inch map as hachured circular enclosure (diam. c. 30); external fosse shown to N and S on 1904 OS 6-inch map; only S arc remains on 1936 OS 6-inch map.
