Rathreagh More holds a twenty-six-metre earthen ring on a gentle slope, its bank standing one metre four high before dense growth swallows the edge. A narrow south-east gap admits daylight into a chamber crowded with stone dumps and stinging nettles. The shape may have housed people, excluded cattle, or simply marked a boundary the land still remembers.

In undulating pasture, on gentle SSW-facing slope. Circular area (26m N-S) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.8m; ext. H 1.4m) which is well preserved but covered by dense overgrowth. Gap (Wth 2.7m) in bank at SSE. Interior surface is uneven with several dumps of stones present, and covered with nettles. Field boundaries, indicated on 1923 OS 6-inch map immediately to W and abutting bank at E, have been removed.
