Two conjoined ringforts in Rathbrackan still show their shallow fosse and low earthen banks, though the original entrance has vanished. The southern fort measures forty metres across and retains a faint outer bank to the east. People may have lived inside these curves while believing the fairies owned the hidden parts, yet human hands clearly shaped the visible earth.

This is the S example of two conjoined ringforts and it is separated from the N one (LF010-014001-) by its fosse. It comprises a raised circular area (diam. c. 40m) enclosed from WSW-W-N by a low bank of earth and stone (Wth 4m; H 0.2-0.7m). Elsewhere the defining element is a low scarp (H 0.3-0.8m). The intervening shallow fosse (Wth c. 5m; D 0.2-0.4m) is visible from SW-W-N and from NE-E-SE. At E an outer bank (Wth 4m; H 0.2-0.4m) and an outer fosse (Wth 4m; D 0.15-0.2m) are evident.
