Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Quilty

Fairy fort / earthen ringfort

What is recorded here

Marianne and her daughter walked to the fort at Quilty. They circled the earth ridge and touched the grass. The girl asked if fairies still lived there. Marianne smiled and said people forgot the fort, but the fort never forgot them. They left a small stone on the ridge and went home before dark.
