Mullanacross holds a sixty-metre earthen ring where human boundaries and fairy boundaries stop pretending they are different. The low bank still curves around the grass, but the entrance has vanished, suggesting the fort learned to admit only what it chooses. People may have lived inside before the story changed, yet the missing doorway still feels like a test rather than a loss.

Raised circular area (int. diam. c. 60m) enclosed by a wide, low earthen bank modified and incorporated into the field boundary from S-W-NE and a wide, shallow fosse.
