Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Longford Wood is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Longford Wood, County Tipperary, Ireland. An earth and stone bank 2.1 metres wide encloses an oval natural hillock measuring 33.6 metres north to south and 29.4 metres east to west, with clear internal stone facing and possible external facing. The bank is almost reduced to a scarp at the south. The steep rise inside the western gap makes its identification as the original entrance doubtful, and the natural outcrop means the enclosure may instead be a tree-ring.

Located on a natural hill which the site encloses, sloping down to the N, in undulating pasture. The site rises in the centre with the natural crest of the hillock. An oval-shaped area (diam. 33.6m N-S; 29.4m E-W) delimited by an earth and stone bank (Wth 2.1m; int. H 0.46m; ext. H 1.7m) with clear internal stone revetment and suggestion of external revetment. At S the bank is almost reduced to a scarp. According to the Ikerrin Survey a gap in the W sector is suggested as being the original entrance, however the interior rises steeply from this gap which would not make it a very effective entrance. No other possible entrance was noted.The interior is planted with rows of conifers which according to Stout (1984, 73) was done in the 1950s. The hillock enclosed is one of natural outcrop and there is a possibility that the site is a tree-ring. It is marked on the 1st ed. (1840) OS 6-inch map as a rather irregular enclosure.
