Lisacullion held a fifty-metre earthen ring beside a shallow stream, visible only on an 1834 map and now buried beneath improved pasture. The fort may have provided a defensible home, a boundary marker or a place for ritual, but its function has gone quiet. What remains is a cartographic shadow, an earthen circle erased by ploughs and forgetting.

Situated in a low-lying position with a small SE-NW stream c. 30m to the SW. A circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 50m) is depicted only on the 1834 edition of the OS 6-inch map where it is described in gothic lettering as a ‘fort’. No archaeological feature is visible at ground level in improved pasture.
