Fairy forts in Lickane hide inside ordinary fields, wearing conifers and stone fences as camouflage. The earthen bank still stands one metre high, encircling a small world that people forgot or refused to see. What is forgotten is not lost; it is waiting for someone steady enough to remember it back into the world.

In undulating pasture. Circular area (31m E-W; 30m N-S) enclosed by earthen bank (H 1.25m) N->WNW. Stone field fence truncates NW edge of enclosure. Bank stone faced and incorporated into field fence system to E. Interior and bank planted with coniferous trees.
