No visible gap, no obvious door: the fort keeps its shape but withholds its history. If it is a fairy fort, the boundary may be deliberate; if a human ringfort, the entrance may have been lost beneath soil and scrub. Either way the circle remains complete, unbroken and unexplained on its ridge.

At the NW end of a high, prominent, NW-SE drumlin ridge. A raised circular area (diam. c. 48m) enclosed by a substantial bank of earth and stone (Wth 6.9m; H 1.1m) with a narrow external fosse (Wth 1.2m; D 0.75m). The original entrance is not recognisable.
