Lackendarragh held a twenty-five-foot earthen ring on a west-facing slope, visible on maps from 1842 to 1938 before ploughs and boundary walls dismantled most of it. Bowman measured a six-foot bank and fifteen-foot ditch on E. Linehan's land in 1934, capturing the fort just before pasture and progress erased its shape. The surviving eastern arc still marks the field edge, a shallow scar where a whole enclosed life disappeared.

In pasture, on WNW-facing slope. Depicted as hachured circular enclosure (diam. c. 25m) on 1842, 1904 and 1938 OS 6-inch maps. Levelled; arc formed by substantial earthen bank survives to E, incorporated into field boundary system, with shallow external fosse (D 0.2m). Probably single-ramparted fort recorded by Bowman (1934, 548) on E. Linehan's land, consisting of bank (H c. 6ft) with partially infilled fosse (Wth c. 15ft) and interior c. 2ft higher than outside field level.
