What is recorded here

Knocknagoun holds a circular earthen fort twenty-eight metres across on a sunny slope in County Cork. Its bank rises fourteen decimetres before a field boundary cut through the west, proving people still use the land around ancient walls. The broken ring suggests human tools and ordinary life, not fairy mischief, though local stories may still call it a fairy fort.
