What is recorded here

No visible evidence of a fort at Kilpadder North is found.
Bowman (1934, 594) recorded 'practically levelled' single-ramparted fort (diam. 37yd) on Mr Hunt's land, c. 50yd from residence [Danesfort House], with avenue to house passing through it. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research. Date of upload/revision: 14 January 2009
