Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Killycronaghan

Located on top of a drumlin. This is a subcircular domed and grass-covered area (dims c. 37m N-S; c. 32m E-W) defined by a slight earthen bank (at SW: Wth of base 4m; int. H 1m; ext. H 2.1m) SSE-WSW that is largely reduced to a scarp (at N: Wth 2.3m; H 2.2m) and hedge. The original entrance is not identified and the interior was overgrown in 1968 but the scrub had been cleared by 1995 (OSAP).
