What is recorded here

Killeroran is a ghost of a ghost now, its oval ring swallowed by grass and time. Men lived there once, breathing and arguing and loving under an open sky, but the earth has erased every footstep and wall. What remains is a shape remembered by surveyors and a name handed down by locals, a fairy fort in the truest sense: a place so old it has become a story told by the land itself.

On a gentle W-facing slope in undulating grassland. Marked on 1st ed. of OS 6-inch map as an oval enclosure (c. 50m by c. 45m). No visible surface trace survives.
