Situated on a rise, in undulating pasture, with good views in all directions. Monument described in 1971 as a subcircular-shaped area (dims. 42m N-S; 36m E-W) enclosed by an earth and stone bank reduced to a scarp from SSW-W-N and incorporated into a field boundary at NE. There are several modern disturbance gaps in the bank. A shallow external fosse is visible at SW. The original entrance way is not recognisable. The interior has a SW-facing slope and has cultivation ridges running E-W. Compiled by Alison McQueen, Vera Rahilly and Caimin O’Brien. Date of upload: 24 July 2019
