What is recorded here

Kilcullen South holds a circular earthen ring, thirty-eight metres across and two metres high, sitting in pasture south of a farmyard. The bank and interior have surrendered to scrub, hiding the shape of the fort beneath green growth. It is a quiet earthwork, old enough to be called a fairy fort, yet simple enough to be a human home or boundary marker lost under time and vegetation.
