Kilberry holds a forgotten ringfort on a broad hill summit, its circular shadow visible only through satellite imagery rather than modern eyes. The missing western and southern gaps suggest entrances where people once entered, while the internal passage hints at chambers built for storage, ritual, or refuge. Fairies may have taken the fort from human memory, but the earth still preserves its shape, waiting for someone to read the lines hidden beneath the grass.

Located at the summit of a broad hill. The cropmark of a circular enclosure (int. diam. c. 58m N-S; c. 55m E-W) defined by a fosse (Wth c. 2-4m) that is absent WSW-WNW and ESE-S is visible only on Apple Maps, which utilises a survey conducted by Bluesky International during 2018. The Man-made underground passage (ME018-021---) can be seen as a cropmark extending W from inside the fosse at E to the centre. The rath was first reported by Anthony Murphy.
