Keenagh holds a forty-one-metre circular scar where modern trenches cut through ancient earth. The low bank still rises beside shallow ditches, marking a boundary drawn before human memory. People may have lived inside that ring, watched the sky or kept what they valued from loss. Time has softened the edges, but the shape remains clear enough to imagine the hands that made it.

Raised circular area (int. diam. 41m) enclosed by a much-denuded low earthen bank and traces of a shallow fosse identifiable from NW-NNE. Modern trenches skirt the outer lip of fosse from NE-SE and S-W. An earlier report (OPW 1970) suggested that the original entrance may have been at S.
