Fairy fort in Gurteenaduige, County Cork, Ireland, where a circular earth bank stands 1.85m high with a southeast entrance marked by upright slabs. People called it a fairy fort because the shape and remote pasture setting suggested more than human hands, though no fairy has answered any question asked there. The standing stone twenty-two metres north watches the ring like a sentinel, waiting for someone bold enough to sit inside and listen.

In pasture, on S-facing slope. Circular, slightly raised area (25m NE-SW; 22.2m NW-SE) enclosed by earthen bank (H 1.85m), stone faced in parts. Entrance (Wth 2.1m) to SE, defined by upright slabs. Standing stone (CO133-059002) in same field, 22m to N. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
