Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Glennagarraun

Glennagarraun holds a broken oval rath, twenty-seven metres long and twenty-one wide, set on a grassy rise where a bank and ditch still mark the edge of a forgotten home. People may have lived there before the stones vanished, tending animals or hiding from storms while the earth kept their shape. The fairies never left, according to local story, and they still walk the ring at night, angry about every boot print pressed into their floor.
