Situated on a slight natural rise in gently undulating pasture with good views from NW-NE. Possible mound-barrow (WM008-013---) 75m to SW. A roughly oval shaped raised area (diam. 30m NE-SW; 24.5m NW-SE) enclosed by a very poorly preserved earthen bank, and traces of a wide shallow fosse at N & SW. The interior slopes slightly from SW-NE. A field fence intersects the monument from W-NW.
