Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Glanatnaw stands in pasture on a south-facing slope at the north end of Murdering Glen. A thirty-five-metre circular bank, reaching over three metres high, encloses the site while a shallow external ditch cuts beside it. The structure has survived long enough to become a field fence, suggesting humans kept returning to the same line rather than abandoning it.

In pasture, on S-facing slope at N end 'Murdering Glen'. Roughly circular area (35m N-S; 30m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (max. H 3.1m) SSW->NW, with external fosse (D 0.6m); low rise NW->SSW, with shallow external fosse. Bank SSW->NW incorporated into field fence system.
